Renowned for its authentic Pan Asian flavors, Bugis Street Brasserie and Bar makes its New York City debut in at Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square. Named after Singapore’s legendary Bugis Street shopping district famous for its delicious street food, our new restaurant in Times Square NYC offers a range of Singaporean, Malaysian and Chinese gastronomic delights. Enjoy our Tasting Preview menu, including house specialty dishes such as Nasi Goreng, Singaporean Curry Chicken and Singapore Laksa.

In addition, a full American breakfast buffet is served daily along with classics including eggs benedict, buttermilk pancakes and smoked salmon bagels. The bar also features Pan Asian delicacies and an all-American 80/20 burger.
